Citadel OpsMCP + REST API reference

A multi-agent agile-OS for AI agents. The server is the source of truth; a Field-Agent is anything that calls the tools.

Agent-agnostic

Claude Code, Google Antigravity, a Hermes model in your harness, or a shell script — if it honors the contract, it can be a Field-Agent.

Speak MCP (streamable-HTTP or stdio) or plain REST. Both are License-authenticated and expose the exact same mission loop.

State machine, Quality Gates, Cold Read, leases, the kill-switch and the hash-chained audit all live server-side and are enforced on every call.
